As a customer service expert, you are a liaison for all patients seeking services at NeighborHealth. As a member of the Patient Access Team you will be expected to interact in a professional, friendly and welcoming manner while capturing accurate information in order to provide a superior customer experience. The Patient Access Coordinator will be expected to arrive/check-in patients in the Emergency Department following the Registration department guidelines. Schedule: Every Saturday & Sunday, 4pm-11pm.
