All patient access staff is responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service. This position is generally a front line staff position which includes encounters with patients in person or over the telephone and requires a unique skill set to be successful.## Responsibilities:* ## Interacts with patients and staff with courtesy, concern, respect, and sensitivity.* ## Identifies and verifies patient demographics, insurance and account information at the time of patient’s visit.
