Coordinator, Parking Services
Essential Job Functions
- Assists with provision of support and service to the universitycommunity related to parking operations, including, but not limitedto ticket and fine processing, payment processing of parking fees,and management of fine appeals
- Provides outside support and service to the universitycommunity related to parking operations
- Develops, tracks, and analyzes decal distribution/sales andcitation processing data
- Plans and manages applicable computer systems, develops ideas,and applies new technology through the use of continuous processimprovement
- Ensures that superior customer service is provided to faculty,staff, students, and visitors
- Administers parking operational guidelines and support toparking officers
- Completes required reports and assists in departmental budgetpreparation
- Other related duties, as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Education Bachelor’s degree in business, finance,accounting, or related field
Minimum Experience Three (3) years’ technology andaccounting experience
Two (2) years’ parking service experience
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Knowledgeable of university parking policies andprocedures
- Knowledgeable of relevant software applications, including MSOffice Suite
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, andinterpersonal
- Ability to work independently without daily oversight
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to work extended work hours occasionally
