Position Title: Coordinator Station Operations
Position Summary
The Coordinator Station Operations is responsible for all facets of station coordination and communication. The role requires quick thinking and comprehensive knowledge of station operations. The Coordinator must demonstrate a strong commitment to satisfying internal customers, including Flight, Inflight, Airports, Ground Operations, Maintenance, business partners, and System Operations.
Essential Responsibilities
- Manage ramp control (if applicable) by coordinating aircraft movement with Aircraft Ground Reposition (AGR), other airlines, and the FAA tower.
- Accept in-range calls and communicate information/requests via radio or other means to all departments.
- Obtain and relay fuel loads to business partners.
- Monitor Sabre Interact, Movement Control, Flight Explorer, and other programs to support on-time flight departures.
- Communicate crucial information to System Operations and all departments.
- Monitor and report connection issues, payload restrictions, customer disturbances, and abnormalities.
- Update information in Movement Control and Flight Information Display Screens.
- Analyze and determine root causes of flight delays, entering delay codes/comments.
- Manage irregular operations.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and security communications.
- Update Field Conditions Reports throughout the day.
- Collect data for billing purposes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 18 years old.
- One year of JetBlue or airline experience.
- Ability to work all shifts, including weekends, holidays, and irregular operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new technology and systems.
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record may be required depending on location.
- Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Customs Clearance if applicable.
- Valid SIDA Badge.
- Availability for overnight travel (10%).
- Pre-employment drug test clearance.
- Legal eligibility to work in the country of employment.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
- Internal candidates must maintain good attendance, performance, and safety records.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Prior operations department experience.
- Familiarity with weather reading.
- Highly organized and focused.

Compensation:
- Starting at $19.95/hour plus a $1.50/hour premium. Benefits include healthcare, 401(k), stock purchase, disability, life insurance, and travel perks.
