Work Location and Requirements

The Opportunity

We are seeking a collaborative team player for the role of Cross-Functional Operations Coordinator I in the Office of The University Registrar. This role involves supporting the Operations team to ensure efficient functioning, particularly during peak times, maintaining a learner-first customer service approach. The coordinator will report to the Associate Director of AQAS Operations and can work remotely within approved states.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for registrar-related inquiries via phone, supporting students, faculty, and staff.
  • Manage and distribute inquiries using platforms like SNHU Service Portal and Salesforce CRM 'Unify.'
  • Share knowledge of registrar responsibilities, policies, and procedures.
  • Address topics such as calendars, grades, registration, enrollment, transfer credits, program modifications, evaluations, graduation, and commencement.
  • Ensure accuracy of information and adherence to university procedures.
  • Use available resources and technology to provide accurate records and enhance student experience.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Assist with office management tasks, including supplies and scheduling.
  • Stay updated on procedural, process, and policy changes affecting registrar functions.
  • Maintain G2P documentation and provide training for phone coverage.
  • Support registrar teams with projects and data entry.
  • Perform commencement-related duties and other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience.
  • Experience with customer-facing systems and technologies.
  • Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, perform under pressure, and work collaboratively in a team.
Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range is $16.94 - $27.11, with a target range of $18.72 - $25.32, based on experience and qualifications.
