84 Lumber is seeking a Coordinator of Sales to assist salespeople, create estimates from quotations, source materials, and manage invoicing and vendor communications. Located in San Antonio, TX, the role supports customer service and store operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

LOCATION: 2226 Corner Ridge Building #2 Suite105 San Antonio, TX 78219

PAY: $16/hr. -$18/hr. depending on lumber/door shop experience.

The Coordinator of Sales is responsible for assisting salespeople in their customer service activities. This includes creating estimates from quotations provided by the salesperson, sourcing product needed to fulfill job requirements, taking customer and vendor phone calls and responding quickly and efficiently. The Coordinator is responsible for the accurate invoicing of material. Some store maintenance responsibilities as assigned by the Store Manager.
