Job summary

84 Lumber is seeking a Coordinator to support sales staff by creating estimates from quotations, sourcing materials, handling calls, and ensuring timely invoicing and AR collections. You will join a team focused on accurate order processing and efficient customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves inputting data into the POS, managing inventory, and assisting in store operations under the Store Manager's guidance. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Invoicing and POS systems experience.
• Knowledge of inventory management processes.
• Experience with HR systems and basic office software.
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet tools.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and coordinate communications.

Responsibilities

• Input estimates into POS system.

Coordinator is responsible for assisting salespeople in their customer service activities. This includes creating estimates from quotations provided by the salesperson, sourcing product needed to fulfill job requirements, taking customer and vendor phone calls and responding quickly and efficiently. Coordinator is responsible for the accurate invoicing of material and ensuring AR customers receive their monthly invoices timely. Coordinator will function as an accounts receivable person and assist in timely customer collections. Some store maintenance responsibilities as assigned by the Store Manager.
