Coordinator, Architecture (North America)

In this role, the Coordinator, Store Design will oversee new store projects, renovations, enhancements, and concept work for the Coach brand. The position is based in our corporate office in New York, with a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities

• Assist on new stores, including renovations and enhancement projects from feasibility to opening.
• Review project designs with direct manager to ensure all cross‑functional teams—including Visual Merchandising, Sales, Business Development, and construction—are aligned.
• Update projects as needed to meet business needs and budget constraints.
• Review construction and millwork drawings for accurate information, materials, and sizing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in an architecture/drafting position.
• Experience in retail design and reviewing construction/millwork drawings is a plus.
• Excellent proficiency with ACAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self‑motivated, highly productive, and possesses excellent communication skills.
• Takes initiative and works independently or cross‑functionally with other business groups.
• Highly organized, self‑starter with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Capable of reading and understanding architectural and millwork drawings.

Work Setup

Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Pay Range: $60,000.00–$70,000.00.
