Job summary

Coach is seeking a Coordinator, Architecture (North America) to oversee new store projects, renovations, and concept work from our New York corporate office. The role combines in-office collaboration three days a week with two days of remote work.

You will review designs with cross-functional teams, ensure accuracy of construction drawings, and keep projects on time and within budget. A background in Architecture or Interior Design is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design preferred.
  • 1+ years experience in an architecture/drafting position.
  • Experience in retail design and reviewing construction/millwork drawings a plus.
  • Excellent proficiency in ACAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Assist on new stores, including renovations and enhancement projects from feasibility to opening.
  • Review project designs with direct manager to ensure all cross‑functional teams including Visual Merchandising, Sales, Business Development, and construction are aligned.
  • Update projects as needed to meet business needs and budget constraints.
  • Review construction and millwork drawings for accurate information, materials and sizing.

Education

Job Title

Coordinator, Architecture (North America)

Primary Purpose

The Coordinator, Store Design will oversee new store projects, renovations, enhancements and concept work for the Coach brand. The role will be based in our corporate office in New York, 3 days a week in the office and 2 days a week remote.

Responsibilities
  • Assist on new stores, including renovations and enhancement projects from feasibility to opening.
  • Review project designs with direct manager to ensure all cross‑functional teams including Visual Merchandising, Sales, Business Development, and construction are aligned.

Work Setup

Hybrid – 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

Base Pay Range

$66,300.00–$70,000.00
