Coach is seeking an Associate Designer for Women's Footwear in New York, NY. The individual will assist in designing and developing footwear that meets customer needs while aligning with Coach's aesthetic. Responsibilities include concept development, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and adhering to timelines throughout the design process.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in footwear, excellent sketching abilities, and proficiency in Adobe applications. Medical, dental, and vision insurance are part of the benefits package.
Work within team and assist senior team to design and develop footwear for women's casual and dress shoes category that not only meet our customer's needs but fit within the Coach aesthetic and the brand's larger design goals. This role may grow to include independently managing areas of design and development or specific categories or relationships within the scope of the design team's responsibilities.
