Position Summary

Assists Compliance Manager and Compliance Supervisor, day-to‑day operations. Provides basic insurance and HAZMAT support to field, sales and Genpact operations. Issues insurance documents. Prepares lawsuit tenders, and challenge or resolves vehicle suspensions. Provides support for all areas of the RM department. Assists with special projects as needed. Manages “Customer Provides” claims.

Major Responsibilities

• Receives & routes incoming claim inquiry calls to appropriate examiner or department
• Reviews claims to determine coverage
• Handles tender of customer provides claims
• Reviews Rental & Lease agreements
• Reviews lawsuits & prepares tender
• Maintains Litigation round robin
• Reviews 24/7 accident reports for processing
• Distributes Insurance ID cards
• Maintains Insurance Card supply
• Reviews/researches bankruptcy notices
• Researches & resolves State Vehicle Suspensions and vehicle verification notices
• Assists with special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or Associate’s degree
• Basic insurance knowledge preferred
• Ability to work in a high volume fast‑paced environment and remain accurate
• Strong customer service skills required

• Effective verbal & written communication skills required
