Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking an associate to assist Compliance Manager and Supervisor with day-to-day operations, providing basic insurance support to field and sales teams.

The role involves processing insurance documents, preparing tenders, and assisting with vehicle suspension issues. The candidate will handle claims routing, review coverage, and support the RM department's special projects while maintaining accuracy in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and route incoming claim inquiry calls to the appropriate examiner or department.
• Review claims to determine coverage.
• Handle tender of customer-provided claims.
• Review Rental and Lease agreements.
• Review lawsuits and prepare tender.
• Maintain litigation round robin.
• Review 24/7 accident reports for processing.
• Distribute Insurance ID cards and maintain Insurance Card supply.
• Review/Research bankruptcy notices.
• Research and resolve State Vehicle Suspensions and vehicle verification notices.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.

Position Summary:

Assists Compliance Manager and Compliance Supervisor, day-to-day operations. Provides basic insurance and HAZMAT support to field, sales and Genpact operations. Issues insurance documents. Prepares law suit tenders, and challenge or resolves vehicle suspensions. Provide support for all areas of the RM department. Assist with special projects as needed. Manage "Customer Provides" claims.

Major Responsibilities:
