Cleveland Clinic Main Campus is seeking a Coordinator II to oversee project activities within the department, ensuring organization and flow and supporting a cohesive, efficient team.

You will coordinate reports, develop resource databases, manage scheduling, collect and report information such as budgets and schedules, and assist with onboarding and performance evaluations, all in a patient‑focused, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Three years of experience coordinating and assisting with management functions and special projects.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing and database software.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate department project activities by distributing reports, facilitating analyses and reporting information.
  • Develop department resource databases to facilitate management of various project activities.
  • Coordinate department scheduling of individuals, resources and activities.

  • Function as a department liaison.
  • Assist with performance evaluations, counseling and onboarding of new caregivers.
  • Perform duties related to the preparation, implementation and analysis of special studies and projects.

In this role, you will oversee project activities within your department, ensuring organization and flow. Your work is critical to the team, as you help facilitate the environment fellow caregivers need to work efficiently and cohesively.

A caregiver in this position works M-F, 8:00am—4:30pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office and laboratory equipment
  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
Personal Protective Equipment:
  • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
