Pay Range: $22.00 to $24.60/hr
The University of St. Thomas has provided a salary range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The specific salary offered will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information.
Provide complex administrative support to 8-10 full-time and 10-15 adjunct faculty as well as providing excellent customer service as the first point of contact in the faculty office. Work effectively with faculty and staff on confidential administrative functions and provide administrative support for student competition teams. Interact with administrators, faculty and staff in the School of Law as well as the entire St. Thomas community. Needs to comply with professional ethical standards, particularly confidential information. Provides backup support to other staff in the School of Law. Demonstrates independent decision making. Works effectively with limited supervision. Proactively supports department goals and objectives.
