Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is hiring for a Warehouse Operations/Logistics Supervisor role in Kentucky. You will lead day-to-day warehouse activities, coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, and support Supervisors and Associates to meet performance targets.

You will oversee safety, training, and process improvements while maintaining strong communication with clients and vendors. The role requires flexibility for weekends and varied shifts and offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

  • Experience reading and interpreting safety rules, operating manuals, and procedures.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Proven time management and objective-driven performance.
  • Able to communicate effectively with staff, management, vendors, and customers.
  • Must lift up to 100 pounds occasionally; flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Schedules inbound and outbound LTL shipments; manages BOLs.
  • Provides project and admin support to Warehouse Supervisor and Customer Service Supervisor.
  • Monitors WMS ticket queues and supports requests.
  • Supports local operations to meet targets.
  • Manages internal workflow and assists Fulfillment Associates training.
  • Coordinates regular metric reporting for internal/external use.
  • Participates in team meetings with Supervisors and Leads.
  • Coordinate client visits and facility tours; ensure safety.
