Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking a warehouse supervisor to lead a 6–10 person team in Macon, GA. You will drive performance by monitoring KPIs, coaching staff, and ensuring safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in a leadership role, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset to meet operational goals while promoting continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 6–10 hourly associates in a warehouse.

• Promote LEAN principles and process improvements.
• Foster a clean, safe, and professional work environment and meet safety goals.
• Coach and conduct annual performance reviews.
