Job summary

Okemo Mountain Resort is hiring Ski School Support Staff for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. The role supports all ski/snowboard school operations, including rentals, guest check-in/out, lesson scanning, and lift operations, in a high-guest-traffic setting.

Starting wage ranges from $20.00/hr to $31.00/hr, with full-time and part-time hours across the season. Housing is available, and applications are accepted on a rolling basis until December 15th or positions fill.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, service-based environment.
• Fluent in all aspects of English language.

Responsibilities

• Daily reservation and sales processing on resort operating systems.
• Daily setup and teardown of indoor facilities and work areas to present a clean, welcoming environment.
• Ensure health code compliance for facility cleanliness and safety.

Job Summary :

Ski School Support Staff employees work in afunhigh paced indoor/outdoor environment supporting all functions of ski/snowboard school operations outside of instruction. The role has high guest interaction supporting children’s programming, rental operations, guest check-in/out, lesson scanning, and lesson area lift operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Daily reservation and sales processing on our resort operating systems.

Daily set up and teardown ofindoor facilities, including work areas, with an emphasison attention todetail to present an area that is clean, orderly, welcoming, and conducive tooperatingefficiently.

Understanding of, and compliance with,statedpolicies/procedures relevant to health code compliance for facility cleanliness, includingcommon areas, toys, equipment, etc.

Ability to keep andmaintaina clean and orderly facility that accommodates daily high-volume guest flow.

Working with small children tofacilitateappropriate gamesand activities in both indoor and outdoor settings.

Adhere to strict corporate policyregardingwearing a snow sports specific helmet while skiing/riding, orassistinglessons, in uniform.

Understand, lead,and modelsafetystandards within the department for yourself and others; contribute to our culture of Health and Safety to meet Zero Workman’s Comp safetygoal.

Perform other duties as assigned bytheSupervisor.

Job Requirements:

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr – $31.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
