Lynn University is seeking a Coordinator, Financial Aid Technical Operations to manage document workflows within the Office of Financial Aid. The role imports, scans, and analyzes source documents in the Perceptive Content system and ensures accurate indexing to student records.
You will create templates and workflows in Adobe Sign, assist with Pell and Direct loans disbursement, train student workers, and maintain documentation.
Summary: The Coordinator, Financial Aid Technical Operations imports, exports, scans and analyzes source documents into the Financial Aid Perceptive Content management system. Indexes the scanned documents to the appropriate student's records to facilitate immediate document access. Creates workflows, online forms and templates in Adobe Sign The Coordinator, Financial Aid Technical Operations assists with federal and institutional aid disbursement process. Ensure data accuracy by executing data cleanup tasks and exceptions reports. The Coordinator, Financial Aid Technical Operations provides technical support and coordinates training sessions, creates and maintains documentation, troubleshoots a variety of computer hardware and software programs and responds to user needs in the Office of Financial Aid.
