Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Coordinator - Equipment Logistics to manage inbound and outbound rental equipment, ensuring on-time readiness and accurate records for flawless event execution. You’ll coordinate with teams to move assets and track status on site in Las Vegas.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of related experience in event production or warehouse operations, plus a valid state driver’s license. Competitive benefits apply.

• Minimum 2 years of related experience within event production and/or warehouse operations.
• Must maintain a valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Process returned equipment per policies and procedures.
• Sort inbound equipment including sub-rentals and transfers.
• Identify, vet and enter lost or missing equipment.
• Prioritize work based on outbound needs.
• Pull, stage and scan outbound equipment per policies and procedures.
• Maintain records in required systems (e.g., R2).
• Communicate with Quality Control, Inventory Control and Transportation on order needs and readiness.
• Escalate Missing or Damaged Equipment.
• Escalate space constraints.
• Perform scheduled cycle counts as assigned.
• Support on-site additions per established policies and procedures.
• Assist in training/development of warehouse staff.
• Ensure sound safety and risk policies and procedures in all operations.
• Promote teamwork and communication between warehouse operations.
• Assist other department heads as needed.

Summary

The Coordinator - Equipment Logistics is responsible for the processing of inbound and outbound equipment for the purpose of flawless execution of events. This role will be directly responsible for the daily processing and staging of inbound and outbound rental equipment in accordance with procedure(s) to ensure integrity is maintained in our reservations and equipment readiness. This position requires teamwork, communication, and coordination skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Process returned equipment in accordance to policies and procedures
