The Freeman Company, a leader in live events, seeks a Coordinator – Equipment Logistics to manage inbound and outbound rental equipment for flawless event execution. You will oversee daily processing and staging, ensuring reservations and equipment readiness while collaborating with warehouse and field teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in event production or warehouse operations.
• Must maintain a valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Process returned equipment in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Sort inbound equipment including sub-rentals and transfers.
• Identify, vet and enter lost and missing equipment.
• Prioritize work based on outbound needs.
• Pull, stage and scan outbound equipment per procedures.
• Maintain records in required systems (R2).
• Communicate with Quality Control, Inventory Control and Transportation on order needs and readiness.
• Escalate missing or damaged equipment.
• Perform scheduled cycle counts as assigned.
• Assist on-site additions per policies and procedures.
• Train warehouse staff and support safety initiatives.
• Promote teamwork and clear communication across warehouse operations.
• Assist other department heads as needed.

Summary

The Coordinator – Equipment Logistics is responsible for the processing of inbound and outbound equipment for the purpose of flawless execution of events. This role will be directly responsible for the daily processing and staging of inbound and outbound rental equipment in accordance with procedure(s) to ensure integrity is maintained in our reservations and equipment readiness. This position requires teamwork, communication, and coordination skills.

• Process returned equipment in accordance to policies and procedures
