Job summary

TSR is seeking a Coordinator, Contract Administration in Los Angeles, CA for a 4-month onsite assignment. The role handles contract administration in entertainment, managing A-T-L payment schedules, show files, and rights charts while coordinating internal/external meetings and communications with executives across Legal, Business Affairs, and Production teams.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in business/legal affairs, strong reading of contracts, DocuSign proficiency, and excellent stakeholder

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in business affairs, legal affairs, and/or contract administration at a major studio, entertainment firm, or agency.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and understand contracts and payment terms, including A-T-L schedules.
  • Proficiency with DocuSign and AirTable.
  • Skilled with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to prioritize, work independently, and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across internal and external groups.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and coordinate internal and external meetings for contract-related activities.
  • Screen and respond to a high volume of calls, emails, and meeting requests with professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare, disseminate, and track start paperwork, A-T-L payment schedules, and option pick-up and start date notices.
  • Create and maintain show files and informational charts for assigned series, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintain documentation and charts related to studio rights and obligations for assigned series.
  • Read and interpret contracts and terms of payment, escalating issues appropriately.
  • Interface effectively with executives and cross-functional partners across Legal, Business Affairs, Production, Casting, Labor Relations, Current, and Creative.
  • Support special projects as requested by senior Business and Legal Affairs executives.

Job Description

We are seeking a Coordinator, Contract Administration to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in contract administration within entertainment and a proven ability to manage above-the-line contractual obligations with accuracy and discretion.

Responsibilities
