Hawaii Pacific Health is seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator for the Hawaii Women’s Healthcare department to provide oversight of staff activities and daily operations at the facility.

Kapi'olani Medical Specialists (KMS) is a specialty physician group dedicated to caring for Hawai'i's women and children through excellence in academics, physician training, medical research and clinical care. Its Women's specialists include Breast and General Surgery, Adult Hospitalists and GYN Oncology.
As Hawai‘i's premier maternity specialty hospital, Kapi‘olani opened the Fetal Diagnostic Center in 1990. It is the state's first obstetrical center to provide comprehensive diagnostic services for pregnant women. Our staff is comprised of Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialists (physicians with specialized training and experience in the care of pregnant women and their fetuses, including high-risk pregnancies), technologists, genetic counselors and clinical nurses, all of whom are committed to helping our patients have the healthiest baby possible in a caring and nurturing environment.
As the Clinical Operations Coordinator, you will bring essential oversight and leadership to manage staff activities and daily operations at our Hawaii Womens Healthcare department. Your responsibilities will include providing training to improve the facility staff’s clinical proficiency in their assigned tasks, and helping to improve patient flow and revenue cycle management processes. We are looking for someone dynamic and dedicated, with great organizational and communication skills and a commitment to creating a healthier Hawaii.
