Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Benefits Eligibility and Authorization professional to support medical billing, reimbursement and problem resolution. You will handle physician interactions, verify documentation, and apply SOPs with high attention to detail in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

This role offers competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits, with remote work hours Monday–Friday and a focus on quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience preferred.
• Basic math skills preferred.
• Medical and Healthcare experience preferred.
• Call Center Experience preferred.

Benefits Eligibility and Authorization provides services to customers relating to medical billing, medical reimbursement, and/or other services by acting as a liaison in problem-solving, research and problem/dispute resolution.
