University of Arizona is seeking a Coordinator, Administrative Operations to provide comprehensive administrative support for Enrollment Management. The role serves as a front-facing representative, coordinates calendars and travel, handles purchasing, and assists with recruitment and student employee activities.
Responsibilities include managing communications, supporting events, and maintaining organized office operations.
The Coordinator, Administrative Operations role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support for the Enrollment Management division, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service for internal and external stakeholders. This position coordinates scheduling, communications, travel, purchasing, logistics, and office support while serving as a primary front-facing representative for Enrollment Management. The role also supports recruitment initiatives, student employee coordination, and special projects, contributing to the successful execution of the division's strategic priorities.

In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act (Clery Act), each year the University of Arizona releases an Annual Security Report (ASR) for each of the University's campuses.Thesereports disclose information including Clery crime statistics for the previous three calendar years and policies, procedures, and programs the University uses to keep students and employees safe, including how to report crimes or other emergencies and resources for crime victims. As a campus with residential housing facilities, the Main Campus ASR also includes a combined Annual Fire Safety report with information on fire statistics and fire safety systems, policies, and procedures.
