The MetroHealth System is seeking an administrative coordinator to support faculty and residents by coordinating academic and administrative activities and assisting the Center Director/Chairperson. You will manage personnel coordination and ensure adherence to the system's mission and service standards.
Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's or equivalent experience, strong budgets and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Biweekly Hours: 80.00
Shift: 8a-4:30p Monday-Friday

Coordinates the academic and administrative activities of the assigned area for faculty and residents, and support personnel. Provides administrative support to the Center Director/Chairperson. Coordinates personnel, as assigned. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.
Required: Bachelor\'s Degree in a related field with two years of experience in medical student and/or resident program support, other training education programs, or related program coordination experience. OR Associate\'s Degree with three years of year experience in medical student and/or resident program support, other training education programs, or related program coordination experience. OR HS Diploma or passage of a high school equivalency exam with five years of year experience in medical student and/or resident program support, other training education programs, or related program coordination experience. Demonstrated experience in developing and managing budgets, along with setting and meeting financial goals. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Expertise in office organization systems and record keeping, Excellent personal computer skills and following software packages: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Access Preferred: Master’s Degree.
