Tu-K Industries is a Los Angeles-based contract manufacturing partner specializing in hair care products, including semi-permanent color, developers, and treatments. We provide end-to-end formulation and production support for a wide range of customers.

As a growing company, we are expanding our capabilities and customer base and are looking for someone who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow with us. We are seeking an Account Coordinator to support development and launch of hair care

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlines.
• Comfortable learning new tools and systems (Slack, Notion or similar).
• Interest in beauty, cosmetics, and consumer trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.
• Take clear, organized meeting notes and track follow-ups and action items.
• Coordinate meeting schedules and support meeting preparation as needed.
• Maintain and update project information in Notion (or similar tools).
• Monitor deadlines and flag potential delays or missing information.
• Research beauty and hair care trends to support product development.
• Provide general administrative and operational support.
