Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a COOP Officer/C5ISR Analyst to support Army NC4SI at the Pentagon and Ft. Belvoir. The role focuses on COOP policy development, IT design, governance, and emergency communications readiness, with briefings to Army and DoD leadership.

The ideal candidate has a TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in IT/S-3 operations or similar, and experience in tasking systems like ETMS2/CATMS. Travel up to 10% may apply.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with executives and stakeholders.
• Active Top Secret / SCI security clearance.
• Education – Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience; at least 3 years in IT operations (S-3/NETOPS) or similar support role.
• Former military operations or senior NCO with recent IT/cyber experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and/or provide COOP policy recommendations and IT designs.
• Assist in COOP governance and coordinate with HQDA and Army stakeholders.
• Prepare briefing slides, executive summaries, white papers, SOPs, and after-action reports.
• Mobilize equipment and communications capabilities for COOP operations during emergencies and events.
• Track and manage official taskers in ETMS2/CATMS and coordinate with reserve components and agencies.
