Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks an Operations Officer/C5ISR Analyst to lead planning and analytical support for Army C4ISR operations. The role involves developing orders, maintaining COP, and briefing senior leaders at the Pentagon and Ft. Belvoir. A TS/SCI clearance and 5+ years in IT/signal operations are required.

You will coordinate with HQDA and coalition partners, manage taskers in ETMS2/CATMS, and produce executive summaries and SITREPs for high-visibility tasks.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with senior leaders.
• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience; IT experience in S-3 operations or similar.
• Former Operations officer or senior NCO with 5+ years of relevant IT/signal/cyber experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning, policy, technical, operational, and analytical services for Army communications operations.
• Maintain the Common Operating Picture for instant signal/cyber situational awareness.
• Develop and staff Execution Orders and Fragmentary Orders; track completion for senior leaders.
• Manage official taskers in ETMS2/CATMS; monitor responses and closeouts.
• Prepare written products and brief senior leaders (General Officers, SES).
• Review technical products and translate concepts into actionable solutions.
• Offer C5ISR expertise to HQDA staff and subordinate commands during contingency operations.
