Job summary

CACI is seeking a Cyber Operations Integrator (Offensive) to lead integration of cyber operations capabilities for ARSOF missions. The role requires TS/SCI with poly, a bachelor’s or higher, and substantial experience in military/IC cyber environments.

You’ll advise on cyber rules of engagement, support planning, and coordinate with national and theater partners to synchronize cyber effects. The COI will analyze adversary cyber capabilities, develop MDMP products, and contribute to targeting,

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph willingness.
• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of military/IC experience or 10+ years of specialized experience.
• Demonstrated experience in technical cyber capabilities.
• Familiarity with Cyber Mission Teams, National Mission Teams, and CPT.
• Ability to advise on bridging CYBER with SOCOM entities and integrating new systems.
• Knowledge of Joint, Interagency staffing pathways.
• Experience with portals and real-time knowledge/collection management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serves as Cyber Operations Integrator and technical advisor.
• Provide expertise in identifying, developing, and prioritizing cyberspace operations requirements and directives.
• Review Joint Cyber capabilities and assist in training, deployment, validation, and employment cycles.
• Draft, format, review, and quality-check Cyber Domain training plans, CONOPs, and related orders.
• Ensure CSU initiatives are coordinated with IC, USCYBERCOM, and theater requirements.
• Identify and participate in cyber capability initiatives across the enterprise.
• Use intelligence tools to support cyberspace opportunities and CSU.
• Monitor and track requirements documentation actions.
• Implement data management processes ensuring data quality and accessibility.
• Provide real-time updates of collection requirements through databases.
