Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Cooling Commissioning Engineer to install, commission, and service Liebert Air products across customer sites. You will establish rapport with customers, coordinate with offices, and follow safety and company guidelines.

Travel is required and you may work under supervision or independently based on training. The role emphasizes on-site problem solving, documentation, and ensuring first-time fixes where possible, with strong focus on customer satisfaction and safety

Qualifications

• HVAC fundamentals and electrical knowledge required.
• Six years military experience or equivalent industry experience with EPA refrigerant license.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, Commission, and service Liebert Air products on site and by phone; provide on-site and remote support as needed.
• Rely on direction to accomplish goals and perform a range of tasks.
• Maintain safety guidelines and wear PPE per policy; adhere to 14 hours rule where applicable.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting and documentation of work performed.
