Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a technician to perform mechanical services on cold drink equipment at our TX facility. You will handle preventative maintenance and ensure equipment stays in proper working condition.

Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, preparing equipment to company standards, and ensuring the service vehicle stocks necessary parts while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; HVAC certification preferred.
• 0–3 years general technical experience; 1+ year refrigeration/HVAC preferred.
• Plumbing and electro/mechanical experience; diagnostic troubleshooting.
• Basic computer skills and valid driver's license required.

Work days/Shift Hours - if applicable: Monday - Friday / 11:30AM - 8:00PM (Weekend on call)

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $27.39 to $33.04 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

General Purpose

Responsible for performing mechanical services on cold drink equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maneuver equipment to perform all mechanical services on cold drink equipment including preventative maintenance.
• Keep all refrigeration equipment in proper operating condition.
• Maintain positive customer relationships.
• Prepare equipment in accordance with company standards.
• Ensure vehicle has appropriate levels of parts inventory.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required. Refrigeration/HVAC trade or vocational certification preferred.
• Experience: 0-3 years of general technical experience required. 1 plusyears of refrigeration/HVAC experience preferred. Plumbing and electro/mechanical experience. Prior diagnostic troubleshooting. Demonstrated mechanical, technical and electrical aptitude. Basic computer skills. Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines. HVAC certification preferred.
