Job summary

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED; HVAC trade or vocational certification preferred; 0–3 years technical experience with HVAC/refrigeration; valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of general technical experience required; 1+ year HVAC/refrigeration preferred.
• Plumbing and electro/mechanical experience; diagnostic troubleshooting skills.
• Demonstrated mechanical, technical and electrical aptitude.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Maneuver equipment to perform all mechanical services on cold drink equipment.
• Keep refrigeration equipment in proper operating condition.
• Maintain positive customer relationships.
• Prepare equipment in accordance with company standards.
• Ensure vehicle has appropriate levels of parts inventory.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.

Job Location: 4800 Odessa, TX
Work days/Shift Hours – if applicable: Monday - Friday / 9:00AM - 6:00PM ( On call Sat - Sun every 3 weeks)

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $27.39 to $34.04 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Responsible for performing mechanical services on cold drink equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maneuver equipment to perform all mechanical services on cold drink equipment including preventative maintenance.
• Keep all refrigeration equipment in proper operating condition.
• Maintain positive customer relationships.
• Prepare equipment in accordance with company standards.
• Ensure vehicle has appropriate levels of parts inventory.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required. Refrigeration/HVAC trade or vocational certification preferred.
• Experience: 0-3 years of general technical experience required. 1 plusyears of refrigeration/HVAC experience preferred. Plumbing and electro/mechanical experience. Prior diagnostic troubleshooting. Demonstrated mechanical, technical and electrical aptitude. Basic computer skills. Valid driver’s license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines. HVAC certification preferred.
