About the Role

The Sales Support will provide day-to-day customer service, administrative, and operations support for coolCARE customers, contractors, and internal team members. This role is responsible for processing orders, setting up new customers, welcoming customers to coolCARE, answering incoming calls, coordinating marketing material shipments, and maintaining accurate customer profiles. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing a large workload, and proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
