Job summary

ProCook in Ashford is hiring a Sales Advisor to deliver outstanding service, welcome customers, and help them choose the right tools for their cooking style. You’ll be the friendly face of ProCook, sharing product knowledge and guiding buying decisions.

We offer two part-time roles (20hrs/week and 16hrs/week) with structured training, bonuses based on targets, and a generous benefits package including staff discounts and annual leave. If you enjoy retail and teamwork, join our growing brand.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing sales experience in a retail setting.
• Interest in learning about products and sharing that knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in retail or customer service environments.
• Comfortable working to clear performance targets.
• Ability to work weekends and peak rota times.
