Job summary

Le Creuset in Oklahoma City is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Lead to join our premium cookware team. You will support sales, customer service, opening and closing duties, and daily store operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

With a genuine interest in cooking and a customer-focused approach, you’ll help maintain visual standards, hit KPI goals, and contribute to a positive team environment across varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service, ideally in a specialty store.
• Familiarity with opening/closing, cash handling, and key-holder duties.
• Strong communication and teamwork, with dependable security awareness.

Responsibilities

• Open and Close the Store: Perform authorized opening and closing procedures, including securing the store, managing keys and alarm codes, completing cash-handling responsibilities, and ensuring required operational and safety checks are completed.
• Support Sales and Customer Experience: Contribute to the achievement of sales and KPI goals, provide personalized service, and share product knowledge related to cooking, baking and entertaining.
• Maintain Operational and Visual Standards: Support cash management, merchandising, inventory control, loss-prevention procedures, and the execution of Le Creuset’s visual and operational standards.
• Contribute to a Positive Team Environment: Communicate effectively, collaborate with team members and store leadership, demonstrate accountability, and adapt to changing business needs.
