Job summary

Le Creuset Silverthorne, CO is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Lead to support sales, customer service, and daily store operations. You will handle opening and closing duties, protect assets, and ensure high standards of service while sharing product knowledge about our premium cookware.

Qualifications

Prev. retail sales or customer service experience.
Experience with opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
Dependability, sound judgment, and ability to follow security procedures.
Customer-focused with strong communication and teamwork.
Flexibility for varied schedule including weekends/holidays.
Interest in cooking, baking, entertaining and Le Creuset brand.

Responsibilities

Open and Close the Store: perform opening/closing procedures, secure the store, manage keys and alarm codes, cash-handling responsibilities.
Support Sales and Customer Experience: contribute to sales/KPI goals, provide personalized service, share product knowledge.
Maintain Operational and Visual Standards: support cash management, merchandising, inventory control, loss-prevention, and Le Creuset standards.
Contribute to a Positive Team Environment: communicate effectively, collaborate with team and leadership, adapt to changing business needs.
