Job summary

Wally’s Wine & Spirits in Los Angeles, CA is seeking skilled cooks to join our culinary team in a premium hospitality environment known for exceptional food, wine, and guest experiences.

You will prepare and cook menu items across garde manger, pizza, fry, sauté, and meat stations, maintain quality, plating, timing, and cleanliness, follow food safety standards, and collaborate with chefs to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a culinary or line cook role.
• Working knowledge of kitchen operations, equipment, prep methods, and service flow.
• Ability to work a variety of stations, including garde manger, pizza, fry, sauté, or meat station.
• Strong attention to quality, plating, timing, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
