Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is looking for friendly Cookie Crew Members to help bake, package, and deliver warm cookies and treats with speed and care. You will greet guests, handle in-store and online orders, and ensure every order meets quality standards.

Our teams move quickly in a lively, late-night environment. You should enjoy fast-paced work, teamwork, and providing memorable guest experiences while upholding food-safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain any required food safety certifications applicable to the location.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and make every interaction memorable.
• Prepare, bake, and package our warm cookies, brownies, ice cream, and other treats to Insomnia's quality standards.
• Accurately prepare in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe throughout every shift.
• Jump in wherever your team needs you, whether that's restocking supplies, helping a teammate, or keeping the line moving.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency, partnering with your Shift Leader when needed.
• Deliver the kind of experience that turns first-time guests into lifelong Insomniacs
