Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is looking for a Cookie Crew Delivery Driver to bring warm cookies and smiles to customers’ doors. You’ll split time between delivering orders and helping in the bakery, greeting guests, and keeping things running smoothly.

You’ll be part of a energetic team, driving safely, using delivery tech, and providing outstanding hospitality during every shift. This role supports late hours, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company requirements.
• Current auto insurance that meets state minimum requirements.
• Smartphone capable of running company delivery applications.
• Availability to work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Insomnia Cookies orders safely, accurately, and with a smile.
• Ensure every order arrives warm, complete, and ready to impress.
• Navigate efficiently using GPS and delivery technology while following safe driving practices.
• Welcome guests in the bakery and provide friendly service between deliveries.
• Assist with preparing, packaging, and organizing delivery and pickup orders.
• Help bake and package cookies and other treats as needed.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, organized, stocked, and food-safe.
• Work closely with your bakery team to keep orders moving quickly and accurately.
• Help create the kind of guest experience that keeps people coming back.
