Insomnia Cookies is hiring a Cookie Crew Delivery Driver to bring warm cookies and smiles to customers’ doors. You’ll split time between the bakery and the road, ensuring orders are accurate, warm, and complete while providing friendly service to guests.

When not delivering, you’ll help in the bakery, assist with preparation and packaging, and uphold food safety standards. The role values reliability, teamwork, and a positive, energetic attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company requirements.
• Current auto insurance that meets state minimum requirements.
• Smartphone capable of running company delivery applications.
• Availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Insomnia Cookies orders safely, accurately, and with a smile.
• Ensure every order arrives warm, complete, and ready to impress.
• Navigate efficiently using GPS and delivery technology while following safe driving practices.
• Welcome guests in the bakery and provide friendly service between deliveries.
• Assist with preparing, packaging, and organizing delivery and pick‑up orders.
• Help bake and package cookies and other treats as needed.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, organized, stocked, and food‑safe.
• Work closely with your bakery team to keep orders moving quickly and accurately.
• Help create the kind of guest experience that keeps people coming back.
