Responsibilities
- Deliver Insomnia Cookies orders safely and with a smile.
- Ensure orders arrive warm, complete, and ready to impress.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and delivery technology while following safety rules.
- Welcome guests in the bakery and provide friendly service between deliveries.
- Assist with preparing, packaging, and organizing delivery and pickup orders.
- Help bake and package cookies and other treats as needed.
- Operate the register and process guest transactions.
- Keep the bakery clean, organized, and food-safe.
- Work with the bakery team to keep orders moving quickly and accurately.
- Create a guest experience that keeps customers coming back.
