Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Cookie Crew Delivery Driver who will also support the bakery team. You’ll deliver warm cookies and memorable moments, greet guests, and help keep the bakery running smoothly between deliveries.

If you enjoy driving and meeting people, this role offers variety and a friendly, energetic team. You'll split time between road deliveries and in-bakery tasks, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company requirements.
Current auto insurance that meets state minimum requirements.
Smartphone capable of running company delivery applications.
Availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Deliver Insomnia Cookies orders safely, accurately, and with a smile
Ensure every order arrives warm, complete, and ready to impress
Navigate efficiently using GPS and delivery technology while following safe driving practices
Welcome guests in the bakery and provide friendly service between deliveries
Assist with preparing, packaging, and organizing delivery and pickup orders
Help bake and package cookies and other treats as needed
Operate the register and process guest transactions
Keep the bakery clean, organized, stocked, and food-safe
Work closely with your bakery team to keep orders moving quickly and accurately
Help create the kind of guest experience that keeps people coming back
