Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Cookie Crew Delivery Driver to bring warm cookies and moments of happiness to customers’ doors. You’ll split time between our bakery and the road, delivering orders safely and with a smile.

When not delivering, you’ll help in the bakery, greet guests, and keep orders moving with a team that values hospitality and teamwork. If you enjoy driving and meeting people, we’d love to meet you.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Current auto insurance meeting state minimums.
• Smartphone capable of running delivery apps.
• Availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Insomnia Cookies orders safely, accurately, and with a smile.
• Ensure orders arrive warm, complete, and ready to impress.
• Navigate using GPS and delivery tech while following safety rules.
• Welcome guests in the bakery and provide friendly service between deliveries.
• Assist with preparing, packaging, and organizing delivery and pickup orders.
• Help bake and package cookies and other treats as needed.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, organized, stocked, and food-safe.
• Work closely with the bakery team to keep orders moving quickly.
