Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking team members for their Lincoln store. As part of the Cookie Crew, your role will involve interacting with customers, baking delicious cookies, and ensuring a positive experience. Ideal candidates will have prior customer service experience and great communication skills. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure.
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy.
• Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person & over the phone.
• Bake our delicious cookies to perfection & serve a scoop of ice-cream.
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out.
• Handle cash and payments accurately and maintain no shortages or overages.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery.
