Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is opening a new store and is looking for a Cookie Crew member to join the opening team at 416 Demers Ave. You will greet guests, take orders, bake cookies, package orders, handle payments, and ensure a clean bakery environment.

The role requires 18+ years old, ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and legal work authorization in the United States. Flexible part-time schedules and mentorship are offered.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer-service focused role is preferred.
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor.
• Ambitious nature.
• Great communication and organizational skills.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders according to procedure.
• Explain menu items and repeat orders for accuracy.
• Provide a warm customer experience with a smile in person and over the phone.
• Bake cookies to perfection and scoop ice cream.
• Package and send out fast, warm, correct delivery orders.
• Handle cash and payments accurately, with no shortages or overages.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery.
