Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Cookie Crew Member to join our fast-paced bakery environment. You’ll be part baker, part hospitality expert, preparing, baking, and packaging warm cookies and treats while delivering friendly service to guests.

Shifts are primarily evenings and late nights, with a strong emphasis on accurate order prep, guest interactions, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety. This role offers growth into leadership and a fun, energetic team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain any required food safety certifications applicable to the location.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and make every interaction memorable.
• Prepare, bake, and package our warm cookies, brownies, ice cream, and other treats to Insomnia's quality standards.
• Accurately prepare in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe throughout every shift.
• Jump in wherever your team needs you, whether that's restocking supplies, helping a teammate, or keeping the line moving.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency, partnering with your Shift Leader when needed.
• Deliver the kind of experience that turns first-time guests into lifelong Insomniacs.
