Insomnia Cookies is hiring at our Birmingham store to join the Cookie Crew. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure accurate, warm service from order to delivery. You’ll bake cookies, package orders, and maintain a clean, friendly bakery environment for a fast-paced night-time operation.

The role emphasizes 18+ eligibility, ability to lift 40 lb, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays in a growing, team-focused company with strong perks.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role (preferred).
• Customer service focused and a willingness to exceed guest expectations.
• Great communication, organizational and math skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests entering the store and take orders according to procedure.
• Help customers understand menu items and repeat orders for accuracy.
• Deliver warm, friendly service in person and over the phone.
