Insomnia Cookies is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member for our Downtown Sacramento store at 414 K Street, Suite 120. You will greet guests, explain menu items, and bake our cookies to perfection while ensuring warm, accurate service for in-store and phone orders.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Friendly, genuine, and outgoing demeanor.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders at the front of the store according to procedure.
• Explain menu items, clarify questions, and repeat orders for accuracy.
• Provide a warm, friendly experience in person and over the phone.
• Bake cookies to order and scoop ice cream as needed.
• Ensure orders are packaged correctly and delivered promptly.
• Handle cash and payments accurately with minimal shortages.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery.
