Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Cookie Crew member for our new downtown Warrensburg, MO bakery. You will greet guests, take orders, and bake our warm, delicious cookies while providing a friendly, fast service both in-store and by phone.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service-focused role (preferred).
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor.
• Customer service-focused with a willingness to exceed guest expectations.
• Great communication, organizational and math skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests entering the store and take their orders per procedure.
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy.
• Provide a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone.
• Bake cookies to perfection and a scoop of ice cream.
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out.
• Handle cash accurately and maintain proper balance with no shortages or overages.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery.
