Job summary

Insomnia Cookies Davis is hiring a Cookie Crew Member to bake our warm cookies and deliver friendly hospitality to guests. You’ll handle in-store, pickup, and delivery orders, ring up sales, and help keep the bakery clean and efficient.

The shift-friendly role emphasizes evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be 18+, able to obtain food safety certifications, and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Wage is $20 per hour with flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain any required food safety certifications applicable to the location.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and make every interaction memorable.
• Prepare, bake, and package our warm cookies and other treats to Insomnia's quality standards.
• Accurately prepare in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe throughout every shift.
• Jump in wherever your team needs you and help keep the line moving.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency, partnering with your Shift Leader when needed.
• Deliver the experience that turns first-time guests into lifelong Insomniacs.
